Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive health information management strategy for Somalia. Work closely with the Federal Ministry of Health and WHO country office to strengthen national health data systems, disease surveillance, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in health information systems
- Proven track record in low-resource or fragile state contexts
- Familiarity with WHO DHIS2 and related platforms
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
