Job Description
Lead and coordinate advocacy strategies to achieve positive outcomes for children in Somalia. The role involves developing policy positions, engaging with government stakeholders, and driving awareness campaigns on children’s rights and welfare.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in advocacy or policy work
- Experience working in humanitarian or development settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Somali
- Knowledge of UNICEF’s mandate and the Somalia context
