Job Description
Support UNHCR’s legal protection unit in Mogadishu with research, documentation, and case file management for refugee and asylum-seeker cases. The intern will assist with drafting legal notes, attending protection meetings, and preparing reports on the legal situation of persons of concern.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law degree programme
- Interest in international refugee law, human rights, or humanitarian law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English; Somali language a distinct advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a sensitive environment
