Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and overall management of IRC’s Somalia country programme. Responsibilities include programme quality, donor relations, staff management, security oversight, and representation with government, UN, and donors. IRC Somalia implements programmes in health, nutrition, economic recovery, and protection.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in International Development, Management, or related field
• 10+ years of senior management experience in humanitarian or development contexts
• Track record of successful donor engagement and fundraising
• Strong security management experience in complex environments
