We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. This role will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting our growing client base through effective communication and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Post regular content on social media, respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments.

• Customer Support: Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing technical support and addressing inquiries.

• Sales Support: Assist prospective clients with information on products and services, manage the customer database, and document interactions.

• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly engagement reports and gather customer feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technology services company.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and responsiveness.

• Technical Proficiency: Competency in using computers, CRM software, and social media.

• Language: Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology terminology and the ability to present technical concepts to customers.
