Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Services Agent at Degaan Dhowr, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients’ homes and workplaces. You will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in cleaning services or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
