  1. Gardening Expertise

  Possess knowledge of planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance.

  Understand the care requirements of various plants, trees, and flowers, including watering, fertilizing, and pest management.

  Have experience with lawn care, including mowing, edging, and aeration.

  bachelor degree in agriculture.

  2. Attention to Detail

  Ensure gardens and landscapes are well-maintained and free of debris.

  Identify and address issues such as plant diseases or unhealthy growth promptly.

  Maintain clean and organized tools and equipment.

  3. Physical Fitness and Stamina

  Be capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and bending for extended periods.

  Work efficiently in various weather conditions, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  4. Creativity and Aesthetic Sense

  Have an eye for design and aesthetics to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.

  Provide input on landscape improvement projects, including planting arrangements and seasonal displays.

  5. Punctuality and Reliability

  Arrive on time and complete tasks within designated schedules.

  Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about progress and any challenges encountered.

  6. Safety Awareness

  Follow safety guidelines when using tools and equipment.

  Ensure proper handling of chemicals, fertilizers, and other materials.
